RDL Work. No Straps This Entire Training Cycle
Im going to get a jump on my grip right now as Im too strong to keep letting the bar roll out of my hands. I need to be opening in the high 7s if i want to avoid being mediocre. In this age of powerlifting you have to be excellent at everything. I cant just ride my squat and bench to a total.
Week 3 Day 4 - Gearwhore Squats, then I did something stupid....
Sometimes we are our own worst enemies....
Strongman Mullet Training
Barbell in the front, tire in the back (balls and loud noises in the middle)
May 2018 Week 3 - Day 3: Deadlifts (465x6, 535x1) & OHP (165x6, 205x1)
Frequency is up a bit to take advantage of days when I can train, so adjusting %s accordingly.
May 2018 Week 3 - Day 1: SSB Box Squats (10x2 w. 350lbs) & CG Floor Press (245x8)
New Rotation of Squats every other week..
