By fat Tuesday I mean too fat to fit into a suit... On a Tuesday.
Heavy Squats (Singly Ply)
Another PR. The thing to do is not panic but hope that everything you worked for falls into place.
Week 9 / Day 1 - Deadlift Day vs. Bands
pulls against bands and feeling the pressure...deadlifting is stupid
ME Lower Good-mornings out of straps ... that failed
This will probably be another one of those variations that will be heavily adjusted or moved out of ME work
