Getting back to moving some heavier weights-- Highlights: 365 Squat, 420 No Belt Sumo Deadlift
Gripper Hold/Press
I am very comfortable hitting the 30's in training and knowing it puts me in the ball park on trying to break my current world record on this event. I need to confirm what it is, off the top of my head it's like 44 seconds.
Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
I was tired coming off a day of snow skiing, but I really liked this workout design!
Laying the foundation is the hardest part
More effort is put into the foundation than any other part of the building

In the end, it was one of those tough grip days that seems to be part of my cycle of progression.
