I first met John Welbourn at a seminar in 2009. He wasn't a dickhead so I liked him. Off and on we've stayed in touch over the years. A retired professional athlete, kinda beat up, surgeries, injuries from doing stupid shit, passion to help others, still kind of does stupid shit, stays involved with Strength and Conditioning and still likes doing some stupid shit (oh, I already said that). What's not to like right?
