Squat and Bench Quick Fix-Get Rid of Elbow Pain
How many of you get pain in your elbows when you squat or bench, or on other exercises? Probably a lot. Many times we can’t figure out why the problem won’t go away after countless strokes on a foam roller or a barbell or by using lacrosse balls. The answer is easy; the neck bone is connected to the foot bone dummy.
