The lift was a box squat agains a strong and average band. In other words, it was f*cking hard.

1 week out from the RPS meet I took a 1 min pushup challenge and "Plank until you Drop" Challenge ! Rest, foam roll and relax is all that's left to do, 1,000 Lb total I'm ready for you!

Meana Franco has quickly become a top-level 63-kilogram lifter after joining elitefts in August 2014. She works closely with Steve Goggins and is currently preparing for the DTS Open. Her all-time best total in the 63-kilogram class is 825 pounds.
