Week 5, Day 2 - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
The machine bench press with band assistance made my chest pump like crazy.
Torn Rotator Cuff, Surgery Needed & A Long Road Ahead!
Just because one ride is broken doesn't mean the whole park has to shut down! I will come back stronger and with much bigger legs !
Shirt bench
The touch was nice and smooth, but by now, my arms were really inflamed and I couldn't drive on the weight like I need to. So although my body was kind of crap, the shirt is doing it's job.
